Getting the hang of the new camera on home-made Bircher museli and mammals...


Berry Bircher Museli


Prep time: 5-10 minutes
Porridge oats
Granola or nutty, crunchy cereal
Orange or apple juice
Honey
Vanilla yogurt
Raspberries
Strawberries

1. Pour porridge oats and a little granola into a bowl.
2. Add enough juice to cover the oats, and mix until it looks like a gooey, oaty mess. Press it flat into the bowl with the back of the spoon.
2. Pour a little yogurt onto the oaty bed.
3. Liberally sprinkle your chopped fruit on top
4. Add more yogurt, then drizzle honey over the mount of deliciousness
5. Sprinkle with granola or nuts for an extra crunch.
6. Dig your spoon into the mixture, bring it to your mouth, and savour the breakfast of healthy kings.
